RESUMO
Introdução: A proposta deste estudo originou-se na minha vivência enquanto membro de serviço de cuidados paliativos e na observação do sofrimento de médicos e enfermeiros frente ao óbito dos pacientes. Objetivo geral: Compreender, a partir de um estudo teórico-reflexivo em Merleau-Ponty, Dejours e Kierkegaard o sofrimento de médicos e enfermeiros perante a morte de seu paciente. Objetivos específicos. Refletir a cerca do sofrimento profissional a partir de Christophe Dejours. Desvelar o sofrimento profissional através da fenomenologia de Maurice Merleau-Ponty. Elucidar o sofrimento do profissional da saúde, a partir do pensamento de Soren Kierkegaard. Elaborar um guia de orientações para profissionais da saúde a cerca do sofrimento profissional. Metodologia: trata-se de estudo teórico-reflexivo, qualitativo, com interpretação e análise das teorias obtidas através da pesquisa bibliográfica realizada. Conclusão: Devido ao contato da equipe de saúde com processo de terminalidade e óbito hospitalar, surgem sentimentos nesta equipe, com possíveis consequências na atividade laboral. Deste modo, é necessário o desenvolvimento de estudos de pesquisas sobre tais sentimentos, suas consequências e modos de enfrentamento.
Introduction: The purpose of this study originated in my experience as a member of the palliative care service and in the observation of the suffering of doctors and nurses when facing the death of patients. General objective: To understand, from a theoretical-reflexive study in Merleau-Ponty, Dejours and Kierkegaard, the suffering of doctors and nurses in the face of the death of their patient. Specific objectives. Reflecting on professional suffering from Christophe Dejours. Unveiling professional suffering through Maurice Merleau-Ponty's phenomenology. To elucidate the suffering of the health professional, from the thought of Soren Kierkegaard. Develop a guide for health professionals about professional suffering. Methodology: this is a theoretical-reflective, qualitative study, with interpretation and analysis of the theories obtained through the bibliographic research carried out. Conclusion: Due to the contact of the health team with the process of terminality and hospital death, feelings arise in this team, with possible consequences in the work activity. Thus, it is necessary to develop research studies on such feelings, their consequences and ways of coping.

A definition of oncoplastic surgery of the breast is presented, and its objectives and advantages over the usual conservative procedures are discussed. The oncological safety of these procedures are demonstrated, especially in surgery of larger tumors. Technical possibilities are discussed and a classification of the procedures presented. Data from 30 cases operated in our institution are depicted. The need for better training of the breast surgeon is discussed and the advantages of the same surgeon to perform the whole procedure presented.
