RESUMO
Phoebella Lane, 1966 is a Neotropical genus of flat-faced longhorned beetles (Cerambycidae, Lamiinae, Hemilophini) with three species. Here, a new species, Phoebella queirozae sp. nov., is described from the state of Ceará (Brazil). The male terminalia of Phoebella phoebe (Lepeletier and Audinet-Serville, 1825) is described for the first time. The external morphology and male terminalia of the new species and P. phoebe are compared, and the value of male terminalia characters in the taxonomy of longhorned beetles is briefly discussed.

An extensive checklist of the Cerambycidae deposited in the Entomological Collection of the Federal University of Rondônia (UNIR) is provided. The checklist includes photographs of 58 new records for the State of Rondônia, four of them representing new records for Brazil: Oncideres wappesi Martins Galileo, 2005, Rhaphiptera boliviana Galileo Martins, 2007, Tulcus liturus (Dillon Dillon, 1945) and Xenofrea zischkai Galileo Martins, 2012.

The diagnosis of Ozineus Bates, 1863 is emended and a key is provided for the species of the genus in South America. A new synonymy is proposed for Sternacutus Gilmour, 1961 (junior synonym of Ozineus Bates, 1863), which includes a new combination for Sternacutus zikani (Melzer, 1935). Tropidozineus albidus Monné, 2009 is transferred to Ozineus.

Plistonax Thomson, 1864 is a Neotropical genus of longhorned beetles (Cerambycidae: Lamiinae) currently composed of six species. Herein, we describe a new species (Plistonax albituberculatus Silva Júnior Souza sp. nov.) from Brazilian States of Rio de Janeiro and Bahia. We also propose the transference of Exalphus hefferni Audureau, 2017 to Plistonax, resulting in the following comb. nov.: Plistonax hefferni (Audureau, 2017).
